ETBOX provided a full range of customized aluminum systems for this luxury villa in Las Vegas, including windows, doors, and a flat-roof sunroom.
From design consultation and structural engineering to manufacturing and on-site installation, ETBOX ensured that each component met the project’s aesthetic and performance requirements.
The project adopted the following ETBOX factory products:
1. Flat-roof Aluminum Alloy Sunroom (Model: ET-SU-001)
– Profile: 6063-T5 primary aluminum, 2.5mm thickness
– Dimensions: Frame width 53mm, frame height 17mm; opening sash up to 3,000mm (single sash <4 sqm)
– Glass: 5mm + 16A + 5mm or 5mm + 24A + 5mm double-layer / laminated glass
– Hardware: HOPO handle, Stanford heavy-duty hinge, optional anti-theft carbon steel screen (011 mesh, 2.0mm aperture)
– Appearance: Visible sash width 58–140mm; fully customizable
2. Broken-bridge Side-hung Door (Model: ET-ED-002)
– Thermal break aluminum frame with 5mm + 15A + 5mm insulated tempered glass
– Equipped with Wehag mechanical lock
– Custom sizing available
3. Inward-opening Window (Model: ET-AW-003)
– Thermal break aluminum with insulation strips
– Double-layer tempered insulated glass
– Floating handle system with no base
– Fully customizable dimensions
