This payment is a deposit and not the final project total. It is intended for one standardized product purchase or one independent service.

Suitable For

• A single item or a small quantity of furniture or building materials
• Doors, windows, sanitary ware, flooring, sintered stone, wall panels, cabinetry, switch panels, monitoring systems or individual light fixtures
• One standalone service such as design consultation, schematic space design, on-site measurement, after-sales maintenance or business support

Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested within 3 calendar days after payment, provided that demand coordination, design work and production orders have not started.

No refund is available once demand communication has commenced, a preliminary design proposal has been issued, or goods have been ordered and put into production.

All refund requests require a payment receipt. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel within 5 working days after verification.
